Shipping/Returns/Store Policies

Returns/Exchanges:
Due to all items being custom made, all sales are final and we do not offer exchanges at this time.  Please inspect your order upon receipt.  If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue. If sent a return label to mail the item back, it must be mailed within 4 days of the return label being issued. E-mail:  handmadebyd017@gmail.com

Price Adjustments/Discounts:
All discounts must be applied when checking out, we will not make price adjustments once an order is placed.

Changes to Orders:
Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes to it.

Tie Dye Items:
All tie dye items are custom made, therefore, no two tie dye products are alike.  Though the item may be pictured with more white, yours may come with more or less than shown.  Colors can be darker or lighter than shown as well.  We always use the same dye, but variations always occur.  It only makes your item more unique!

Shipping Estimates:
All orders typically ship in 2-6 weeks.  Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to give updates on orders because the orders are usually held up by items being shipped to us in order to be customized.  Therefore, questions regarding order status are unable to be answered at this time. Once everything is made, it is shipped right away and tracking information will be sent to you.

To Receive an Item Faster:
We offer “expedited” ordering.  These are higher priced shipping options at check out.  This may upgrade your order to priority shipping (not overnight) and will put your order ahead of non-expedited orders, rather than us completing your purchase in the order which it was placed.  However, expedited orders can still get held up by us waiting on items to come in from our suppliers.  We do the best we can to get them in from our suppliers quickly, but sometimes, this is out of our control.  Once the items are received in, they are customized and sent out at as soon as possible.

Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for packages once they have left our facility.  

COVID-19:
You may experience delays due to many needed materials taking much longer for us to receive than usual.  Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
